Terms and conditions of sale and use

OryGent Academy provides online programmes made of AI-led classes, applied missions, evidence submissions scored against a published rubric, a written viva and, where the programme requires it, a reviewed live deployment.

A credential certifies that you met every requirement of the programme. It is issued by OryGent Academy and is not an official university degree or a qualification of a public education authority.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and give accurate information. Your account is personal; do not share your access or let another person complete work for you.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. The price you see on the programme page is the total you pay.

Payment is taken once, at enrolment, through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your enrolment opens when the payment is confirmed, and you receive a receipt by email.

The contract is formed when Stripe confirms your payment. Its language is the language of this website you used; these terms remain available on this page and you can save or print them at any time.

Each enrolment has a completion window (usually 90 days) and an active-learning time requirement measured by the server. The provisional credential is issued at 40 active hours; the final credential when time, skill score, evidence, viva and, where required, deployment are complete. Extensions are governed by the Extension Policy.

As a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Programmes are digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you ask us to give you access at once and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins, as allowed by article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007) and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you did not give that request, or access has not started, you may withdraw within 14 days of payment by writing to support@orygent.net and you will be refunded in full within 14 days. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

The work you submit must be your own. Our AI tutors and mentors coach you but will not produce your deliverables. Attempts to manipulate the AI systems, share personal data of others or misrepresent work are handled under the Academic Integrity policy and may lead to the enrolment being locked.

You keep ownership of the evidence and projects you submit. You give us a licence to store, process and assess them, and to show the minimum details needed on your public credential verification page.

We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve programme content; changes will not reduce the requirements or benefits of an enrolment you already paid for. We will announce changes to these terms on this page; the version you accepted at checkout applies to that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for a programme is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or opportunity.

Write to support@orygent.net and we will reply within 10 working days. Consumers may also request the official complaint form (hoja de reclamación) and use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile and keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
