Account data (name, email, sign-in records) to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Learning data (enrolments, active time, evidence files and scores, viva answers, deployment links, messages with AI tutors and mentors) to deliver and assess your programme and issue your credential. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Payment data (amount, status, billing country; card data is handled only by Stripe) for billing, tax and accounting. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.

Security and audit logs to protect the platform and prevent fraud and academic misconduct. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Evidence and viva answers are scored by AI models against a published rubric. You can ask for human review of any assessment by writing to support@orygent.net. Deployments are reviewed by a person.

When you earn a credential, its verification page shows your name, the programme, the date and the signature status, so third parties can confirm it. Internal account identifiers are never shown.

We use: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Railway (AI gateway hosting) and AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to run classes, mentoring and assessment.

Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Account and learning data while your account is active and up to 3 years after its last use. Credential records for as long as the credential must remain verifiable. Invoices and payment records for the period required by tax law (generally 6 years).

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to or port your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@orygent.net. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
